For private clinics and labs with 10 to 250 staff

The IT and security teammate your clinic never had time to hire.

Lama Works answers staff IT requests in Greek and English, explains security alerts in plain language and keeps your NIS2 and GDPR evidence up to date. Anything risky waits for a person to approve it.

Clinics are the most attacked sector and the least staffed for it.

Most private clinics and labs run on one overloaded person, or an outside IT shop billed by the hour. Since 2025 Greek law also expects providers with 50 or more staff to prove their security, name a Security Officer and report serious incidents within 24 hours.

What it does

Four jobs, one teammate

Fixes everyday IT requests

Staff ask in Teams, email, Viber or WhatsApp, in Greek or English. Locked accounts, mailbox access, new starters and leavers are sorted in minutes, with approval where needed. Printer and Wi-Fi problems get a clear diagnosis and next steps.

Explains security in plain language

It watches your firewall, Microsoft 365 sign-ins and Defender alerts, separates real threats from noise and tells you what happened and what to do, in one message.

Keeps your registers live

Devices, accounts, admin rights, vendors with remote access and contract renewals stay current, because they update from real activity instead of a spreadsheet once a year.

Turns daily work into evidence

Every ticket, access change and alert is mapped to the Greek NIS2 framework and your GDPR records. When something happens, it drafts the 24-hour, 72-hour and GDPR notices for your review.

How it works

From first call to monthly report

  1. Connect

We connect Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and your firewall logs with read-only access. A small collector at the clinic forwards logs over an encrypted link.

  2. Ask and watch

Staff ask for help where they already talk. Lama Works starts watching alerts and building your registers from day one.

  3. Approve

Anything that changes a system, such as resetting MFA, removing an account or touching the firewall, goes to a named person for one-tap approval.

  4. Prove

Each month you get a plain-language report and an evidence pack your Security Officer and auditors can use.

When it matters most

The first hour of an incident, handled

When something serious happens, staff get clear first steps in their own language, management and the Security Officer hear about it at once, and the NIS2 24-hour early warning is drafted for review. Nothing goes to the authorities until a person approves it.

  • First steps in plain Greek or English
  • Management and Security Officer alerted at once
  • Incident log started automatically
  • NIS2 and GDPR notices drafted for review

Built by people who run clinic IT

Konstantinos runs IT and security for a private clinic in Greece: the firewall, the VPN, the cameras, Microsoft 365, the phones and a long list of clinical software vendors. Apostolos works as a software architect for private clinics, and Stergios has delivered AI solutions for them. Lama Works starts from the problems they handle every week.

Security and privacy

Safe by default

  • Read-only until you say otherwise

It starts with read access. Write actions run through narrow tools you switch on one by one.

  • A person approves anything risky

Account removals, MFA resets and firewall changes wait for a named approver. Nothing irreversible happens silently.

  • No patient records needed

Lama Works works with IT and security data, not medical records. Personal data is masked before it reaches the AI model.

  • Stays in the EU

Built on AWS in Ireland with backups in Frankfurt. The AI runs on Anthropic's Claude models through Amazon Bedrock, with processing kept inside the EU.

  • Every action on the record

One encryption key per clinic and a tamper-proof log of every request, decision and change.

  • Always says it is an AI

Staff always know they are talking to an AI assistant, as the EU AI Act requires.

FAQ

Does Lama Works need access to patient records?

No. It works with IT and security data such as accounts, devices, sign-ins and firewall events. Medical systems stay where they are, and if a log line contains personal data it is masked before any AI model sees it.

Does it replace our IT provider or Security Officer?

No. It takes routine requests and paperwork off their plate and gives them better information. Your IT provider keeps the hands-on work and your Security Officer keeps the decisions.

Does Lama Works make us NIS2 compliant?

No tool can do that on its own. Lama Works helps you meet the Greek framework, Law 5160/2024 and KYA 1689/2025, by producing evidence and drafts. Responsibility stays with your organisation and its Security Officer.

Where is our data stored?

In the EU: on AWS in Ireland with backups in Frankfurt, encrypted with a key unique to your clinic. AI processing uses Claude models on Amazon Bedrock and stays inside the EU. Every clinic gets a GDPR data processing agreement.

Which systems do you support?

Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, Google Workspace, Microsoft Defender and Sophos firewalls to start, with more added during pilots. Staff can reach Lama Works in Microsoft Teams, Slack, email and WhatsApp, with Viber next.

What does a pilot involve?

A short call, a setup of a few days with read-only access, then a few months of use with regular check-ins. You tell us what works and what does not, and it shapes the product.
