Who we are

Lama Works is an early-stage startup founded by Konstantinos Manousaridis, Apostolos Mavridis and Stergios Tegos in Thessaloniki, Greece. Until the company is incorporated, the controller for this website is Konstantinos Manousaridis, Thessaloniki, Greece. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Only what you send us: when you email us or use the pilot form, which opens your own email app, we receive your name, work email, organisation, staff range, role and message. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties.

Why we use it

To reply to you and discuss a pilot, as steps you asked for before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and to keep a simple record of our business contacts, which is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who else sees it

Our email provider, Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited), and Cloudflare, which delivers this website and may keep short-lived technical logs such as IP addresses for security. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Transfers outside the EU

Google and Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Pilot enquiries are deleted 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at https://www.dpa.gr/.

The Lama Works product

When a clinic uses Lama Works, the clinic is the controller and we act as its processor under a signed data processing agreement. This notice covers only this website.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top.
